Reciprocal Admissions
Fernwood membership has its privileges, and an important perk of membership is reciprocal benefits at participating gardens, nature centers, and museums across North America. Your Fernwood membership card gives you access to reciprocal benefits that often include free admission to more than 380 public gardens and over 140 nature centers.
Reciprocal members visiting Fernwood receive admission for up to two guests upon presentation of a current membership card from participating organizations.

General
All memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Timed promotional code(s), discounts, and other exclusive benefits are NOT applicable towards previously purchased, current/valid, or expired Fernwood memberships.
All Fernwood memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fernwood reserves the right to revoke without refund or compensation any membership that has been used fraudulently.
A parent or guardian must accompany and supervise guests under the age of 16 at all times.
On occasion, Fernwood may be closed for routine scheduled maintenance, facility upgrades, private events, inclement weather, or in the event of an emergency. While we do our best to notify membership holders of any dates/hours we will be closed, operation dates and hours are subject to change without notice.
Membership Benefits and Privileges
Membership prices, benefits, discounts, reciprocal privileges, along with all terms and conditions, are strictly for named cardholder(s) and subject to change at any time without prior notification.
Valid Dates
Memberships are valid for twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) months, depending on the length of membership purchased.
Membership Cards
Each membership account will be issued two (2) cards.
A $5 fee will apply to all replacement membership cards requested.
Up to two (2) named adults may be listed on each membership.
If you do not have your card with you on the day of admission, you will be required to provide valid proof of identification for member admission.
Reciprocal Admission Programs
Fernwood does not manage the reciprocal agreements, and they are subject to change without notice.
Special Events and Travelling Exhibitions
A membership may not be valid for entry to certain special events or ticketed exhibitions, and this will be advertised. There will be an additional fee payable for member entry to such events and exhibitions.
