TREE RING PRINTS

Celebrate the opening of Fernwood’s new Stumpery garden with this unique nature printing class that captures the inner beauty of trees! You’ll learn how to process and prep tree trunk sections for inking and create a series of prints to take home. We’ll also take a look at tree anatomy and discover the important habitat and nutrient cycling roles stumps and fallen branches play in our local forest ecosystems.
